I don't think its a good idea because you can hire few peoples to visit your website daily and it won't make any effect to your website in SERP. Because every time Google find the same IP address on which the site open. You should go for SEO person it would be best.

Bad idea. Why not just use that money elsewhere?! Maybe purchase some quality articles to increase your organic rankings. Just a thought.

 

This is not necessarily a bad thing. If your website is a forum, and you are hiring 100 people to add new content daily then it will benefit your site a great deal. Why would Google penalize a site for receiving the same 100 visitors every day? If that was the case then they should penalize themselves because most of us visit google.com every single day, and we are not referral traffic.

There is a right way to do it, and and a wrong way. If you want to hire 100 people then make sure they are creating content for your site. If you hire 100 people and they are clicking on Adsense links and pretending to surf the web that way then you are definitely asking for trouble.

 

I agree. It's not necessarily a bad thing to do, but you should definitely be sure you're focusing on content (not clicks).
