Do you think Google penalizes programs like 1WayLinks.net, Neurolinker, and LinkVana?

Actually I never used such types of programs to make back links for my site. I use only natural ways and smart ways that are hot in demand now. There are the chances to penalize those site by the Google who are selling the links, because it is not considered by the Google selling and purchasing links by the sites to each other.

So there may be the chances to have penalty over there. And if you have benefits form it, just watch an eye on your pr updation and keyword ranking improvement and share with us.
