Hi, do you think forms are off-putting from your experience with regards to visitors requesting information from your site (if you have a form on your site that is). I have a form on the home page of my site www[.]moneyme[.]co[.]uk purely for the visitor to request information if they desire but feel it may not be working particularly well, all the visitor is required to give is their mailing address and a contact number - it is not a source to collect any types of monetary details. I do admit a do not receive a substantial amount of visitors (around 350 UV's per month and 3000 hits all organically from search engines) but my site has only been up for several months, any advice on this would help even more. I have learned all I know to this point by myself so please do keep this in mind but I would really appreciate any help you can offer. I guess my point is do you think people are generally sceptical about filling a form in - even if it is legitimate - and are there any other call to actions you feel from your experience work better and make people feel more secure. I would appreciate if anyone could have a look at the home page at least to see if you think the process is simple and easy to understand. Thanks in advance.
