Do you think facebook marketing is harder now?

I don't like the new facebook timeline, mainly because they sneak in adverts between your posts but I do love the cover photo. I don't think it's affected my facebook marketing theres just a hell of a lot more competition around these days!

 

I also agree with this as Facebook timeline provides more space. It is more harder and the reason is only the competition. So, you have design it attractively and update it regularly.

 

Facebook fan page service are most popular way to get high traffic on your website but now days it become much harder due to time line. When you are going to promote your fan page then you must follow some steps like you must update your page on daily basis, make your page more interesting as user like it and suggest into their circle too, make post user friendly which can user like and comment. Rest all of things you can read on google or facebook help how to make your fan page more popular and attractive!

I agree with you. But all time it is not true. When you can use facebook properly then it is easy.

 

I also think it's harder because of all this 'best practice' in regard to facebook competitions. It used to be simple once upon a time now we find it difficult to create a unique engaging competition that doesn't brake at least one Facebook rule! I've read all sorts of stories of big organizations having to take down their Facebook offers, comps etc.

 

I would say it is slightly harder as you can't do the FBML anymore.

Hmm i'm agree with you its harder due to following reason social area increased day by day and viewers take entire part hard which is impact on business economy.

yeah i too agree that facebook marketing seems to be a lot more difficult now..if new features n ideas pops up, it would make a big difference hopefully
