I haven't seen one in a while. The best thing to do is to test it for a week o two on a reasonable traffic. Various demographics in various niches react differently so there is no substitute for testing.
Frankly speaking, I was using it till last year. I just removed it from the month of January, did not give much results to me though. I think its slowly and steadily going down in the market
