Some time before i was in double mind that OZ's will not be able to get their WC crown fourth time in row but when i saw this list announced by ACB i feel rest of the world need to pay more attention on their game this austraila team for WC 2011 can you say they are week side James Hopes/Doug Bollinger Shane Watson Ricky Ponting Michael Clarke David Hussey/David Warner Michael Hussey/Shaun Marsh Brad Haddin Brett Lee Cameron White Mitchell Johnson Nathan Hauritz Ryan Harris Brad Hodge
Considering the recent form and the playing standards, they are not match for SA and INDIA,even ENGLAND
I will agree with Innocent-Prince on that, England has been really consistent and even if they don't win they should reach at least Semi finals. India, obviously for being the host. The teams i am expecting to be in the semis are India, England, South Africa and the fourth could be either Pakistan or Australia.
Hard to say really, the likes of Hodge and D.Huss playing against England and the likes I think would ultimately improve our chance of winning, however both of them being in the playing 11, would be highly unlikely. First drop Clarke to fit one of them in. (waits for the replies) My batting order: Haddin ( could bat down the order, but has always done well opening) Watson ( cant really move him) Pointing ( Possibly move him down one spot) Hodge D. Hussey M Hussey (to bring us home) Hopes Johnson Hauritz Lee Bollinger Be hard to drop White, and I wouldnt play Clarke in his form (not that they will of course), and lets assume Harris will be still out by then or at least, not recovered fully. Lee and Bolly open the bowling, backed up by Johnson, Watson and Hopes. Spin of Hauritz, cant be that bad hey. Depending on how he plays before the WC of course.
I guess so. May be India or South Africa would win the Cup. India will be getting home advantage this time.
And what you say about Sri Lanka even they are also playing sub-continental also well aware of fields conditions i just want to make change in your semis Sri Lanka instead of Pakistan what you say
