Mahendra Singh Dhoni became the first Indian skipper to register six victories against Australia. With 22 Test wins out of 45 (success percentage 48.88), Dhoni established an Indian record for most Test wins as captain, eclipsing Sourav Ganguly's tally of 21 victories in 49 (success percentage 42.85). So I believe Dhoni is most successful Test Captain in Indian Side. What would you say guy's? Thanks
Dhoni is probably the worst cricket captain in the history of Test match and One Day cricket. In fact, almost all other Indian cricket captains (apart from Kapil Dev) were pretty poor captains because they never ever played cricket for the country but they played it for themselves. And it is really sad to see the young crowd in India looking up to guys like Dhoni and Kohli because both these cricketers do not play for the country. They just play for themselves. Kapil Dev was the only true Indian cricket team captain. He played from his heart and played for the country. But in the end he was blamed for match fixing. This is how we thank our true heroes.
Might be Dhoni has a good record. Even better, we might consider him a good captain for "home" test series. But, overseas, Dhoni is the worst captain and DADA rocks!
