By removing all annoying ads ! Basically, if you want to be sure that they will accept you, remove all other ads and add some more content !

First off they will not except you. Study the TOS your answer is in there .

 

Well, who's going to visit your site if there's no content ? If no one will visit your site, why they should accept you ( as you will earn nothing ) ?
As easy as that - no content, no money

 

yeeeeah those javascript popup's could be... well.. removed.. But seems how it's .blogspot, adsense,(once you get rid of that annoying ad shit), will probably accept you. They can decline you tho if you don't have enough content

You need to make your content better and get some traffic and then apply for adsense !!
