    although there is a redeem option in adwords account settings, i dont think so....... its their profit.

    Yes they do,

    I use AdWords and just this month I had 2 deposits:

    $10.65 + $17.77 = $28.42

    In my opinion they don't refund 100% but to certain extent they refund their advertisers!

    I think they do:
    1) Adwords advertisers see refunds in their accounts
    2) Just imagine the bad-press and lawsuits if a disgruntled Google employee dropped a dime on them..

    I'm sure most of the money goes towards of new ways to find out new fraud, pay users to check random sites, and all the extra, everyone gets a raise.

    I don't think...I know they don't. I hit $89 on my account, then the next day they pulled the rug out from under me. All because of "fradulent clicks". Hey Google, if you're reading this...You're not the government! Stop it with your scare tactics, and your hand pupet Mat Cutts.
