Do you think a wordpress.com blog will appeal to the local businesses?

    I was thinking about promoting my services to local businesses.

    Do you think a normal wordpress.com blog will appeal to them and in turn generate me sales.

    There are so many different themes available I think if you look around you will find something more than suitable there are some really good looking themes out there that look nothin like blogs. Its all about the conversion environment on the site that will determine weather you make sales or if people will pick up the phone to call

    Definitely, and its possible to make wordpress sites look less like blogs and more like normal websties.
