    Do you think a directory can be best promoted via adwords by opting for content network? What's your suggestion?

    i think it's possible. but you need to place your link on. make some posting for a news.

    Yes, its certainly possible. When Ask search engine is promoting it in adwords, why not you :)

    You should check Google TOS and Policy to assure that they accept directory sites to advertise in Adwords. If they accept your site, it will be easy to start your campaign :)
