    Does Vitamin E really help lucid dreaming? I might have to try that.

    Anyone ever take Valerian as a sleep aid? That stuff gives me crazy dreams (and it smells like sour milk).

    Yes, for most it is around 800% of USDA reccomended dose if I remember correcly. There probably are some websites about it...

    I am now taking antibiotic.. this pharyngitis gave me a really hard time swallowing.. I was stuck in bed for a couple of days because of fever...

    yep and mefenamic acid , some ibuprofen and paracetamol... sucks big time!

    celexa 50mg a day, the sexual side effects for me are positive, most people dont have the same experience, ill never stop taking them :).

    I get a shot of humira once every 2 weeks for the rheumatoid arthritis that I've had for about 18 years. I would recommend it to anyone who needs something like it. It's not a "miracle drug" but it does provide an amazing amount of pain relief.
