Do you still use Stormpay?

Stormpay used to be a popular payment processor even if it used to collect transaction fees higher than the normal transaction rate. It is still in the payment processor business after it was linked with the autosurf 12DailyPro fiasco. Are there any web hosting providers offering Stormpay as payment option?

I can't believe any company would do that. PayPal just introduced that seamless processing solution. Unless these guys know something that we don't, they are going to go under pretty quickly.

I didn't hear the word Stormpay for a long time now. Does it still ever exist?

While I don't use or never have used nor would ever use stormpay, I don't think PayPal is the answer either. PayPal is NOT a global payment system and routinely selects who can had can't have an account. I currently live in Ukraine and I can not receive payments to my account but I can set up a credit card and pay using the service. Additionally, last year or so there was an option to upload funds to your PayPal account But you only had 2 options to remove the funds, withdrawal to a US bank account or spend them. When Payoneer started offering the Virtual US Bank accounts PayPal was quick to remove the upload funds option.

While this is a bit off topic most of us here use the net on a daily bases (if not All day) and I think we should promote companies that provide full services to to Anyone we may need to work with. I lose a lot of jobs because I can't take PayPal and many novice users don't understand or have been told to only use PayPal.

I currently am suggesting Alertpay, they are small and very slow to reply via email (I always call via Skype and it's cheap) another would be Moneybookers, but a while back U.S citizen could only have an account as I just describe PayPal offers me, if someone has new information about this it would be nice to know. Webmoney would also be a good choice since their fee's are really cheap, .80$ per transaction.

Anyway, stay away from Stormpay they have a bad rep and once a scammer usually always a scammer.
