I know most of us here are focused on internet marketing, SEO, etc... But print advertising is still huge, and will probably never die. Both the print and online worlds have their place in society and I wonder ho wmany of you agree with this? Thanks
Well it depends on the product I am selling if print media would have any value, but most stuff for sale online like e-books don't do well with that kind of advertising.
Whether a person should use print marketing depends entirely on their audience. The ROI for print marketing varies wildly. Sending out a mass mailing for my main site to every person in the city would be almost worthless, while putting a small stack of fliers on a table at a conference can be very beneficial. In general, web-only businesses are not going to have a good return when using print advertising. Those businesses that do interact with customers in some way in the "real world" may benefit.
I use it for other ventures I am in. I have a guy that hooks me up for cheap, I tend to only print about 10,000 flyers a month...some months like this month, not as many.....
