I have a 8GB usb flash drive, but to be honest I can not remember the last time I used it. I have a 640GB western digital drive that I use for transferring and storing files.

Ok,, no worry. As per my view its secure and safe, and by this service we can easily share our data online to another person immediately.

I have got an old 4GB one somewhere at home, but can't really recall the last time I was actually using it. Now prefer backing up and syncing my data via 4Sync, they give free 15GB

As long as you're using a trustworthy sefvice, you won't have to worry about your data security

Yeah, but it's still safer to back up your files in the cloud. What if you lose your USB stick?

Why do you think so? Syncing services enable you to access all data from any computer, mobile phone, or tablet, anytime you need your files. Those, which are already synced are available in offline mode as well

I use my first USB around 2000, I still keep one for small file sharing and for watching movies in my player. I'm keeping a 1T external drive now for all my files though it is too large for me to bring it all the time.

Haha, how do you manage to remember which files are on each of them? This is way too inconvenient from my point of view
