    I don't think you'll get a good PR if your site doesn't have a quality content..
    I still do care about PR.. makes me feel that my efforts are working, aside from the traffic that I can get..

    I'm actually surprised nearly 50% think its important, even when Matt Cutts says its not something to be really concerned with.
