On a serious note, yes i do. I can go without smoking for day however i can smoke over 40 on a night out. It depends. I usually have a few when im not doing much.

former smoker. 6 plus years smoke free. i hate smoke inside too, but i hate smoke nazis even worse. trust me smoking is just the first thing they will try to control. these do gooders are drunk on power. i say let people decide. it's always a better choice than having some petty bureaucrat dictate what's acceptable or not. as william wallace say's in braveheart,"Freeeeeeeeeedooooom!!!"

 

A pack a day plus some if I'm drinking. Sometimes I love it, and sometimes I hate it.

 

I envy people who only smoke when they drink. Dunno how you just smoke sometimes and then just let it be

 

Exactly my point, I have a friend who only smokes when we drink.

I have no idea how he manages to do that.

 

i used to smoke 15 to 25 cig a day...

but now i quite smoking from last 29 days n 10 hours

Both my parents used to smoke but I don't. Tried it when I was much younger but didn't see what all the fuss was about, it was awful.
My husband gave up about 10 years ago, which made me very happy.

 

I used to smoke since I was 13. I quit about a year ago because of my girlfriend. we broke up. I started smoking again about 2 months ago. I smoke parliament, 1 pack a day, easily. Especialy when I wait till something uploads through FTP... hehe

Great topic!

I just saw your post and it gave me the idea to blog about the new"No smoking Ban" that has now been enforced in Montreal.

As of May 31st there is no more smoking allowed in any bars or restaurants. That's about 8000 businesses!

I never thought that it would take in Montreal, but it has.

I don't smoke, so it only effects me in a good way

Yep.. I know it's bad for me.
They have recently added some really horrible pictures to the cigarette packs here in Australia hoping to make people quit.
I enjoy a smoke, when I no longer enjoy it then I will quit.

Ex-smoker. Pack and a half a day - Marlboro. It's been over 8 years since I've had a cigarette.
