Do you smoke ?

Thanks, that makes me feel slightly less guilty for smoking cigarettes for over 10 years. Gotta quit for myself though for sure.

 

Yup... do you smoke "Joe Cool" Camels too? If you're about 20 - 25 then you were the target of their campaign to get kids smoking. Not dissing you... just a possible shared experience.

Just a tip for those who have really bad health effects if they try to quit: Research the link between vitamin A deficiency and cigarette smoke. Some research has shown that emphysema is the result of a vitamin A deficiency caused by the cigarettes, and possible to prevent with a good diet or careful vitamin A supplementation. I say careful because it's possible to get vitamin A poisoning if you take too much. Have to figure in the amount you smoke, how good your diet is, and the max daily allowance for VitA.

I do sometimes. I don't think it really matters because everything seems to be carsonagenic to humans.

 

I smoke twice a year, at most. I smoke about 2-3 bowls each time (west coast chronic).

 

Quit in July. This is my first non smoking Christmas in 33 years.

I have heard about any book, which helps to quit, but after reading it my friends still smoke ...
