I used these fake cigarettes to quit; no nicotine or other drugs needed; just do a google search for "smokeless cigarettes". Eating candy helps too.

I've been smoke free for five months and I am at the point where I hate the smell. The weight gain wasn't a big issue but lately I have been finding myself wanting to eat more, and I've been having smoking dreams but have no desire to smoke anymore.

I smoke but about 3 to 4 sticks a day only. Though I know I have to quit smoking, the problem is I can't act normally if I don't smoke.

First I thought I just don't like it and after a routine check I've found out that I am alergic to nicotine. Now I have extra reason not to try it at all :)

Beware! Smoking shortens the cigarette :)

I smoke socially...I see no harm in having an occasional ciggies when I go out with friends and such... I'd say I smoke < 5 cigs a week on average...

i dont smoke, and never have, im only 13, you'd think of course he doesnt smoke he is only 13, well you'd be surprised that around %30 of boys my age at my school do smoke, and %50 drink, around %10 have been arrested, and about 15% do graffiti, i dont do any really, i have drank a bit though, not heavily drunk like some of friends

If you're serious about quitting, hire a qualified hypnotist. ;)

Hypnotherapy works. But I would recommend the book I wrote about they have a 90% plus success rate and I cannot for the life of me figure why this book is not given in place of patches, gums etc. It was based on hypnotism.

NRT (nicotene replacement therapy) is a money making fraud and sure way to keep smokers paying even when they quit.

I'm a smoker and I've been smoking for over 20+ years. I have a love/hate relationship with my little habit.
