stopped, 6th or 7th day off.....don't have any urge, cold turkey...happy as hell.....


btw... try hot tea, it help's as an addiction diversion.

 

I smoke and I love to. I love the smell of my clothes and other peoples' clothes that smoke as well. Makes me want to smoke when I smell it on other people. I know it's bad for my health, but it's bad for others' health if I don't smoke cuz I'll bash there faces in if they piss me off, so I guess I have no choice but to smoke for now.

J/k, I do smoke, it sucks, wish I could quit easily and painlessly, but so far nothing has worked.

I wonder why people smoke out there. I know there we will die one day, so a mentality of 'who wants to live forever' might sound good but the fact is you are not only causing damage to yourself but also adding to the pollution. I am not a go-green guy but just advising people not to smoke! Instead, for an alternative ...drink wine

 

smoking is one of the dumbest things ever invented.. that is my opinion... I can't stand nearby someone who is smoking because I instantly get a headache

This is very toxic. (smoking or inhaling fumes from writing (or MOST other than rolling) paper.

Besides the cigarettes contain tobacco obviously...so it's not just paper

 

I used to smoke. I loved it. My favorites were the exotic blends of Camels. But since I got serious about my health, I stopped. I really, really miss it. Sometimes I can swear I smell and taste the cigarette smoke, but I know it's just a longing for something I'll forever deny myself.

I smoke marijuana occasionally. Not cigarettes. If im going to damage my lungs im going to get "high" or medicinized from it. Cancer is retarded.
