    yeah, sometimes I really hate food.. not the food actually, but that human dependence of eating, going to bathroom and stuff like that :)

    don't smoke, never smoked... and since I moved to China, I am forced to breathe the second hand smoke everywhere even in public places since they have no regulations for this yet... :(

    Gave up 6 years ago.. took it up a year later.. gave up again 2 years ago and never looked back.

    I kinda swung the other way.. got into fitness and gyms etc.

    If you smoke, give it up. Its not worth the risk. Remember: Every new day is a fresh chance to turn it all around.
