I have only tried it. This is only when I have had a few drinks. But I am not a regular smoker and I never will be. It is something that I prefer to stay away from.

Was 10 years first time I smoked. I have smoked at parties and so. Not really addictive on me.

Well, it's not really a good idea to quit. Most people fail :)

I heard taking showers or baths instead of smoking helps.

I've smoked for over 20 years.
Stopped for 2, restarted for no reason and have been smoking an average of 3 per day for the last year.

well im 18, been smoking for 2 1/2 years, never really tried to quit , havent had the urge to. It makes me sick everyone once and awhile so i dont smoke for the day. I usually smoke about a pack a day, i think the most i ever smoked in one wasy 4 packs of cigarettes, 3 packs of black and mild cigars, and one phillie cigar, needless to say i felt like shit the next day. also drinking is just now becoming a problem, i got drunk yesterday off of after shock, hypnotik, and some jack daniels, hangover today on easter , the day was ruined

Started smoking since '98 after graduating from high school....
but i manage to quit since last year...its freaking hard but i finally survived the difficulties. It only needs self discipline and focus....

For those who are trying to quit, its never too late. If you really want to...then you can definitely do it.

And for those who dont wanna quit, its your choice....im not gonna tell you to quit right now......i know how hard it is to stop it.
