    i sleep up to 15 hours a day. 12 hours at night, and 3 hours in the noon.

    I guess if you are afforded the luxury of setting your own schedule, including how long you sleep them go for it. Just need to stay within the realms of what is healthy IMO.

    Mostly I sleep 8-9 hours during school-weeks, otherwise I sleep about 10-11 hours.

    Up until I was 19 I had the regular 8 hours sleep every night. Then I started working night shifts and even though I only did so for about a year I've been unable to sleep more than 3 hours a night in the 17 years since.

    If I do ever have more than about 5 hours which is extremely rare then I wake up with a pounding headache and can't function all day.
