    Sleeping is my favorite pastime and I love sleeping 8-10 hours a day.. Certainly, sleeping less than 5 hours can lead to some health problems, but in my case I have found that sleeping more than 12 hours a day would make you feel sleepy the whole day. Ideal strategy for weight-gain !

    Ummmm... i think around 14 hours... 8 hrs at night and approx 6 hrs at afternoon.

    I sleep about 4 hours a day when i have lot of online work to do but normally i sleep for eight to ten hours!
    Better to sleep eight hours a day for a good health!

    Over the last few weeks its been at least 8 hours, i needed to improve and finally have.

    I have started to get faint lines under my eyes, cant have that :) so my sleep is being improved.

    Biggest change is getting to bed slightly earlier.

    normally 6-7 hours, If i have to work then i can sleep only 2 hours and if no work, it can reach 10 hours also.

    I try to get a minum of 8 hours of sleep, but I usually only end up getting 6 hours. On the weekend I always catch up though sleeping around 10 hours.

    along the week i sleep in about 7 or6 hours but weekends. Saturdays and Sunday i sleep like 8 or 9 hours.

    Usually my body wont let me wake up unless I get 8, but sometimes I get less when I can't sleep and have something important to do the next day. I also exercise frequently and need the rest.
