    Not much. Never have done so it's normal for me but, everyone is different.

    I voted less than 4 hrs. as that's what I normally get but, after awhile I crash and sleep all day to catch up :)

    I'm 4 months away from been 40 and I can stay awake all nite and day for dayz and still be fine, dunno why ... active mind :)

    rarely in bed before 12, always up by 6
    Downside: it's less than I need
    Upside: at night I can fall asleep in less than a minute! (or so it seems)

    I dearly wish I could average more than 5 hours of sleep a night. I keep telling myself my business is in a growth phase to make it ok,.. it's wearing me down

    we went from 1 solid hour (when the twins were born), I am not happy to report we get a solid 5!
    If we are really efficient that 5 becomes a 6...not enough but it sure helps the time it takes from when you get into bed to when you're actually asleep!!

    lol, that pretty much encompasses 94.8% of the world population I bet!

    though in my case, needing only to sleep 4 would not necessarily correlate into being more productive :eek:

    I just wonder this day I usually sleep only 5 to 6 hours a days and i feel nothing.
    I wanna kno how many hours dp members sleep in a day? Will it affect my health after some time if i sleep only 5 hours a day?

    my sleep varies
    when i have work i usualy only get about 3-5 hours of sleep
    when im off i get about 7-8

    i cant bring my self to goto sleep at night x_x
