Do You Sleep Less or More.. How many hours of sleep do you get?

i only sleep maybe 3 1/2 hours

I normally sleep 4 to 5 hours as doing job and part time business...

 

I sleep 6-7 hours per day, but I would like to have time to sleep 8-9 hours

I think I sleep an average of 6 hours, sometimes wake up early and can't get back to sleep again, I guess the saying of the older your are the lesser you sleep is true

I got 4-5 hours now, coz im now in night shift, i find it hard to sleep in the morning when I came home!

I sleep about 5 hours a night pretty consistently. I get up at 5AM every morning to work before my kids get up, and am usually up until 11PM working.

for 7 consecutive days ive slept less than 4 hours.. geeez.. been doing loads of work the past few days.. but on a normal working day.. i sleep around 6 to 8 hours.......

i sleep about 7-8 hours a day.... during vacation goes up to 10 hours.... []

 

I usually get 6 hours if I am lucky.
