    Usually around 1 in the morning but for some reason lately I have been up all night, and the only thing I can find to do is go on the computer. Anyone else suffer from this?

    I have to be in bed by 11pm so I can get up at 4 am to go to the gym, but I also HAVE to take a nap every day or I am a complete witch by about 5pm.
