Do You Sleep Less or More.. How many hours of sleep do you get?

i need 12 hrs sleep a day.. i sleep for about 9-10 hours daily !

 

weekends,10 weekdays around 8

 

i too need 8-10 hours of deep sleep to keep me going

 

mostly around 5-7 hours a day... I always stay late at night..

 

Mostly around 7-9 hours per day.

 

6 hours atmost....sunday a bit longer

 

I'll sleep 7 hours in week days. But in holiday I do prefer to get up late in the morning, so I may take rest for 8-9 hours in those days.

 

i sleep for 6-7 hours sometimes 4-5 hours.

 

4 to 10 hours. They say that it is the hours in "REM stage" that count, and give your batteries juice for the next day

5-7 on weekdays... god, that's awful. D: Screw school.
9-12 on weekends, of course.

 

2 Dam much, this online bus is making me so tierd i sleep like 12-13 Hours, I used to sleep 5-6 But i didnt have any dreams so i moved to 12-13 much better. Oh and the sex dreams OMG the sex dreams that come in the 10-11H Omg it's amazing

 

2-4 hours on weekdays 7 hrs max on weekends

 

About 7 - 8 hours and 12+ hours on Sundays.

I wish i could sleep less, but when i sleep 6-7hs i don't function at all .. useless

 

On average I only have 7 hours. But sometime sleep crazy on weekend.

I should sleep much, much more...but between all of my "responsibility's" and such, I usually get about 4 hours.
