Normally about 2 to 3 hours, I have this wicked-arse thing called insomnia! :)

PS. I normally sleep on the trampoline but I have been known to sleep on the grass or in the tennis court, lol. :)

I normally sleep about 7-8 hours but the night before a game I am lucky to get about 4.

I've been playing non-league football for four seasons now, you'd think I'd stop getting really excited about the games by now. :D

It's recommended to have at least an 8-hour sleep to maintain your health. I always make it to that amount. It may happen that I miss some hours, but then I make it a point to complete the difference soon.

My sleep patterns are SO messed up lately... I made myself go to bed early last night. I got 6.5 hours of sleep, and I feel terrible today! I can harldy keep my eyes open even after a *few* glasses of Mt Dew... I feel much better with just 4-5 hours of sleep.
