Do You Sleep Less or More.. How many hours of sleep do you get?

Sleep for a longer time is quite good to a girl's skin.I usually sleep between 5-7hours a day.

 

8 - 9hrs in the week. 9+hrs on weekends.

Strangely enough, if I sleep 9 hrs on a week day, I struggle to get out of bed but if I sleep 9hrs on a weekend, I get up willingly and fully rested. The difference? Merely the time that I am waking up (later on weekends). It doesn't matter (to an extent) what time I go to sleep; if I am getting up before 9:00, I will feel tired.

 

I'm on about 5 hours. which is never enough!. I need more sleep

 

i sleep 7 to 9 hours daily

around 7 if im working and 9 if its a day off

 

I need at least 5 or 6 to get thru the day, but am at optimal performance with 7 hours.

I don't really get too much sleep, so around 7-8 hours.

 

Most weekdays, 7-9 ish. Weekends, can be anything from 4 - 12

 

Probably about 5 hours. working two jobs one from 8am-5pm and the other from 530pm to 10pm. by the time i get home and eat its around 1030-11pm, check emails, check sites and watch some boob tube its around 130-2am and I wake up at 630 to go to work.

 

Sometime 5 hour.. some time 9 hour..

 

depend on what time i will go to bed but normally is 5-8 hrs. ^^

 

I used to sleep 9 to 11 hours a day.
But I try to change my bad habbit.
Right now I sleep 5 to 7 hours a day.
Even though your body need a rest, Do not waste your time on sleeping.
