Do You Sleep Less or More.. How many hours of sleep do you get?

Considering I'm, usually online all night all the time, my hours are all over the place. Sometimes its 8 hours, mostly none at all. Then I crash at about 7 pm if I pull an all nighter and I awake at about 11 pm and pull another one. Even I'm not sure of my hours....

 

I sleep for 6 hours daily

 

It actually depends on my work..i usually sleep for 8 Hours.

 

7-8 during the week. Anything from 7-12 at the weekends..

 

I dont get sleepy anytime before 3 AM, and since I have to leave for college at 7, I end up sleeping through the classes

I try to make sure I sleep for atleast 6 hours daily.( 3 night + 3 college )

 

for today, i got 10 hours of sleep! yahoooo!!! it only happens once in a blue moon!

 

I work a nine to five job and then usually hang out with friends in the evening and do most of my own things at night, so I usually end up getting to bed around 1:30-2:00. And I wake up around 7:00-7:30. So around 5 hours of sleep a day. Sometimes less.

 

I sleep 12:28am to 7:58am T/TH/Sat/Sun but on MWF I try and get up to go play racquetball. The alarm goes off @ 6:08am but brother, I usually don't budge until the 3rd snooze!

sometimes I take naps with my daughter in the afternoons but most of the time I don't b/c if I do, it seems like it take me forever to fall asleep that night.

6-8 hours here and I'm happy.

 

I sleep 6/7 hours a day.

 

I work alot on the computer so maybe 4-5 hours a day

 

I work about 7hrs a day and i go to school about 10 hhrs..

 

Around 8 hours. A little more or less

 

It does, but if you are eating properly with healthy lifestyle you can cope up with those sleep you have missed.^_^

I sleep 7 - 8 hours on weekdays and around 8 - 9 on weekends I think 8 hours sleep is more than enough for a healthy life on average.

 

normally 6-8 hours and sometimes got a quick nap 1-2 hours in the afternoon.

are you still student? if yes, you still lucky to enjoy your time. if no, i hope you are a freelancer that can make lots of money by doing your own business. anyway you are so lucky to be able to do that
