I used to buy a lot of quality products from ebay in the past - but I've never had any luck selling on ebay - from making money or anything. So, if you shop on ebay - what do you usually try to buy and resell - or do you just use ebay to find quality deals? So, if you sell on ebay what do you sell?
I buy on eBay and so far have had not one problem. I've done a little selling on eBay (in the web hosting market), and found it to be not worth the effort.
I shop for good deals on ebay. I have on occasion bought something on ebay and resold it and made a small profit. I have even had a niche market with something hot where I snipped an auction then re-listed it and had the original seller ship it to my buyer and kept the profit, this is very rare though. As for selling my wife has a business of it. Just on the side. She buys items at garage sales and various places and she sells stuff for friends and keeps a cut. She makes a little bit of money on the site. Maybe average of $100 per month. We buy stuff locally and sell online. MAtt
Love ebay when I'm buying stuff... Can't say the same thing about selling because I have never tried it but people are saying that's one of the easiest way to start generating some income and build your list... Best regards,
I sell websites on eBay to moderate success. The problem is eBay takes $200 or so from every sale that I make
I'll use it occasionally to buy little things (posters, covers/cases and whatnot). I don't really sell stuff but I did just sell my iPod Touch.
I buy all kinds of stuff on eBay. In fact, the Mac laptop I'm writing this one came from there, and I'm very happy with it.
I love eBay. I buy more stuff than I sell. My wife and I get games, music, and all sorts of stuff there. We also sell an item every now and then but not very much. I did sell a website on ebay for 710 bucks last spring.
i have an account on ebay since 2003 and mostly iam buying stuff. But i sold also some cell phones, small electronic parts etc...
Ebay is a great concept with quite a poor execution, everything is great until you have a problem and have to deal with their support robots. Having said that, I've been using ebay for years, been a powerseller, sold a lot, made a lot and bought a lot. Right now I sell phones which have made me £1000+ ($2000)/profit some days, but I won't be able to sell them in a few weeks time so best ramp up and sell as much as possible I love buying stuff on eBay aswell, I've never really had a problem with any products I've bought, maybe that's because I know what to look for, what's a scam and what's a good deal. My mates take the piss because a lot of my stuff comes from eBay, but come on, why should I pay £250 for a jacket in a shop which I can get off ebay for £120, brand new with tags and never worn? Also, eBay is probably the first major web 2.0 business model.
Perhaps you a missing a decimal point? I buy (occasionally) and sell on eBay. Some items found around the house or at garage sales can be surprisingly valuable, but it takes luck and practice to figure out which ones they are. For example, I found a pocket-size item that most garage-sale sellers think is worthless, and by all rights it should be because it is technologically obsolete. But, on eBay it's worth $20 or more. I just wish I could find a big pile of them, instead of one-sies and two-sies!
I buy and sell on eBay. I have never done well buying on ebay in bulk and selling by piece. I have always done well buying in bulk in private deals and then selliing on eBay.
I buy and sell a lot on Ebay, it is mostly in the website buisness area and Advertising, I do a lot of Advertising.
