do you review ads first?

    I am using Adbrite on one of my sites and they give the option to auto-approve the ads or I can manually approve them if I want.

    What do you guys do in this situation?

    Auto approve. Much less hassle and I get that few direct purchases anyway that I'm unlikely to reject them!
