Do you remember your dream?

Can you remember your dream? Some theory said that only motivated people can remember their dream. For me, sometimes I can and sometimes I cant. Usually when I under stress, I can remember my dream clearly.

I thought we have a bunch of dreams during our sleep cycle but can only remember the most recent or vivid dream? I may be wrong though...

Anyway, yes, usually I can remember one particular dream in detail, but as the day progresses I won't be able to remember it at all.

Then do you write down your dream every morning? this can help us to understand ourself more? If you have time, this will be a good practice. But I am not doing that too.

No. My father is a psychologist. I was brought up to enjoy my dreams, not analyze them.

In my view the dreams need not be analyzed. They are just the after shoots of our latest thoughts hovering most of the time in our brain or may be some previous thoughts. Dreams are just to be enjoyed like movies.

Sometimes I can remember the dreams and sometimes I can't. However, I do not influence the dreams on my real life.

Chinese believe that dream will give some indication in life and some of them believe it so much. But I believe dream can help us understand ourself better.

I always remember the whole dream. But as the day goes by the dream fades away.

Can't remember the last time I remembered one of my dreams. I can remember dreaming, but not what it was about. It is actually kind of annoying now that I think about it.

Yup. This is the usual case. If you want to remember your dream, tell you wife or somebody when you wake up or write on a piece of paper when you wake up.

Dreams are fun, I usually get more 'controlled' dreams by sleeping face up in my back.

As per remembering them, sometimes I completely forget them but most of the time I remember a lot of the details.
