Do you recommend using payperpost.com?

I have always used the forums to sell blogposts. But what about using payperpost.com?I have seen some blogs [that were selling links through payperpost] lose their page rank. They were reduced to zero. But iam not sure if PR reduction happened because of payperpost usage or not.

Do you think google takes a list of blogs listed in PPP and drops their PR?What about blogs that arent listed there and yet sell links through other ways?

Please let me know what you think.Because i want to sell more amount of blog posts than i do currently. And i want to know if my PR would drop or not.

    Thanks :D

There's a new version of payperpost. If you're on blogspot or wordpress.com it might be a good idea. However, if you have sunk costs into your own hosted blog, it might not be a good idea considering the risks.... Depends on your situation.

I wouldn't trust this kind of programs, I am afraid my blog will be penalized by SE's.

Its really hard to get approve by PayPerPost nowadays. I even had a pr 4 blog but didn't get approve. Maybe its the traffic they want. Anyway, you should care too much about PR cause if your brand is good, people will keep coming

I would not do this. Even though I don't care much about PR (I do somewhat) But, since I just need to start selling to get my PR up. It's more of making cash, and customers. But I do my best to keep my site working for customers.

I don't know the google algorithm; but in general, they don't like "paid links", and tend to discount these. If you're concerned about YOUR pagerank, avoid selling links; or at least, avoid giving out your site's name on other sites including pay per post or forums (you can PM the names instead of adding it in the thread, or keep it in your sig...)

Google does hate these kind of programs but if you are good at writing and use a good balance of sponsored & non-sponsored posts then your Page Rank should be more or less fine.

Blogging Secret used to have a PR5 and had a good balance but I think his PR has fallen now because he now only does sponsored posts.

I wouldn't trust such a service either, you are risking getting penalized by SE. Plus I'm sure traffic won't be attracted to sponsored / non-unique posts.

Also, you may want to disclose that you are getting paid for the review. If not, Google might kill your page rank.

You really have to be careful of Google penalties when accepting any paid posts services.

There are more discrete ways to accept paid posts like selling them here on DP.

I am also not familiar with that..
I am also afraid of being penalized by
    the Search Engines..
    That sounds so horrible...
It might be a big problem to me soon...

Its a service where you get paid for writing reviews and sponsored blog posts.

I signed up and tried to list a blog but it seems to take centuries! I might give up completely on this.

Its impossible to get approve by PayPerPost nowadays. They only take in top bloggers.

However, Izea has launched a new website similar to PayPerPost. But for this one, its automatic approval for any blogger. So you can start receiving offers instantly. Check out my sig to know more.

Yes your PR will drop once you sell link.
Coz link selling is violated google TOS.

I just got declined - again. They give lots of reasons for rejecting blogs submission. I'm gonna try again, won't give up so easily.

They just declined me again. You know, now I seriously think they simply do not want to accept applications anymore. Their reason for rejecting my website gets more and more absurd with each failed one. The most recent one being " we cannot approve your blog as it does not load." I mean wtf is this?? My blog works just fine!
