I have been using Buildtraffic for my SEO for 2 plus months now, I don't see any increase in traffic due to their efforts, or lack thereof. They seem to only be submitting to obscure engines, I haven't even heard of any of them. I am receiving more traffic through the commercial I posted on Youtube. I have been happy with Godaddy for my domain, and they are very proactive in helping with any questions I have. They offer an inexpensive SEO. Does anyone know how well they work. They tell me that they will get listed on the more popular engines, as well as some obscure ones. Also, I can't find anything on Google for Clip-a-can, but I added clipacan.com as a domain alternative, and it shows up right away as #1, although it is through Webring. Perhaps I should consider dropping the hyphens?

All those hosters SEO-services are bold and outdated in their SEO techniques. If you do not mind getting little out, you may use them. But remember, they are not the experts, they just provide complimentary services to get a bit more money, or to involve more clients.
