Do you reckon these average PR prices are accurate?

I was looking on Google and i found a site (thebest25sites)
Which had avg. one way link prices.

    Do you reckon these accurate?

PR3-5 seems a little expensive to me based on what people are willing to pay in the link sales forum. Going rate down there seems to be about $5 for PR4, $10 for PR5 and whatever you can get for PR3. I think maybe DP buyers are a bit tight!

It depends who is buying. Some links will be more valuable to some and not to others.

Relevancy has a huge influence on price for a lot of people. I'd happlity pay more for a PR1/2 over a PR5 if the site topic was matched exactly.

Other things that can have a hige influence on price are the traffic and site age.

other than relevancy, traffic is also a good factor :) There is a site which gets 20k uniques/day and other 5k, so which one will you go for ? :)

By the way, the list is way costly. Again it comes down to choices and options. A guy who hasn't seen DP's marketplace will be more than happy to buy a PR4 link for $15 a month.

I had seen someone selling PR7 for $29 and I myself had bought $35 PR7 link on DP. So here is a little advice, do check all the threads on all such forums before really put hands into your pocket.
