Yes of course .. i read relevant tweets .... and that is why we have account on twitter ....

Of course I read them. Twitter is my main mode of communication. If you're asking about do I read spam and click on links that's something totally different. My main account that I actually have interaction with is for real people

 

Most of the time I like to give a quick I to those and read carefully if anyone seems important to me. Not like to read all the tweets as that is time consuming as well.

Agree. Sometimes I tend to follow people who just tweet crap so I give up on reading.
