Do you RAID?

Just asking, I know mostly servers are the ones whom typically have RAID (or at least the good ones do), so do any of you desktop owners have RAID (0,1,3,5,10, etc)?

I don't have RAID on my desktop but something tells me I will in the future.

    Nope. I should, but I don't.
I do daily backups onto 2 other drives.

No, I don't really see the point. I beleive in regular backups, at least every few days.

When you get a virus or other serious issues, also a RAID disk would loose your files.

    :)

    Anyone use Carbonite?

I have for a year now and currently have over 140GB there. Always up to date -- any time a file changes and you are online it automatically backs the file up. I've had to use it once when a drive went and it worked fine!

Just go to www.carbonite.com and you can use it for two weeks free... I think it is $56.00 per year for unlimited backup data.
