Do you purchase stock icons?

If you use graphics on your website, do you purchase stock icons?

Approximately how much have you paid on them? Where do you buy them from?

    I paid for 25 credits at Dreamstime.com (cost $19.99).

They had images that were perfect for what I wanted and I coudln't get them anywhere else. I still have quite a few credits left over which is handy when I want to quickly fresehn up sites or even images for new sites!

You already replied to my question. Stop spamming and trying to resell the icons.

I create my own Icons, they arent anywhere as good as the top designers Icons But I get by and have the satisfaction of knowing I created them myself.

I'm not saying stock is bad but they tend to be used by countless amount of sites which doesn't give the site they are implemented upon that element of uniqueness

check out stockicons.com. That is if you really want professional, best quality icons. However, packages range from the tripple digits =(

I've never really bought icons. But people paid me for 1/2 and sometimes 3/4 the price of the original set to duplicate an icon theme set. Sometimes you just need 3 to 6 icons and you don't need the whole set.

I actually use Leos Icons for all my icons.

Accidently found them trying to find sword icons once upon a time.

No, a google search for "free web icon" results in plenty of free icon sets.
