the most important thing you should do is giving useful content for your blog & start promoting your blog through social bookmarking site like digg & stumble upon. That's what i did until now.

Your blog is good but it would be more good if you would do certain change

1. plz make your post front large
2. If you can change the template (see my celebrity wallpaper in my sig. then u ll understand why i ve requested to change the theme).
3. You can rearrange the sidebar. keep required one like, blogroll, adsense, category etc.
4. you can have a summery of your site at the top with the help of sticky post.

I think this will make your site a descent one.
