Are you kidding me? iPhone of course, out of the two.. But if there was Samsung in the list, that's another story
Iphone was revolutionary. But i think now it is struggling. I know its very popular among normal users. but for someone like me who like to tinker around. Htc and android combo leaves it for dead. and the price. you pay a premium to get the same specs for an apple device, just because it carries an apple logo. i rather save a few dollars and get better specs for less money
You cant really compare HTC, which is a manufacturer, with iPhone, which is a specific device. HTC has many models of phones, with different specs and version of Android. There are many versions of iPhone as well. The better question would be do you prefer Android v4.2 or iOS 6. My answer would be Android. The amount of features is vastly superior to iOS. The support for third party integration with Facebook, Twitter, Google+, YouTube, etc. is much better. You can actually customize the user experience with Android. All your data can be made available as the user prefers with custom widgets. You are not limited to Apple products and services. You can put music, video, and pictures from any computer on your phone and view them. The keyboard with swipe typing is superior. The menu interface is much easier to operate. In Android your Home, back, and menu button are always in the same place. Android devices are much much cheaper. The Google Nexus 4, a top of the line Android phone, retails at $300 for an unlocked phone. I could go on and on, but you get the point.
I have used iPhones for years but this time instead of getting the iPhone 5 I decided to go for the htc windows phone 8x. No regrets what soever. Personally I agree with a post made previous, i think iPhones have peeked and other devices are now catching up.
