Do you platinum guys complain to Ezine when they don't approve you in 48 hours?

I was wondering if I should say anything as it's coming up on 48 hours and none of my articles from two days ago or yesterday have even been touched. I know that 5 step bar icon is BS, as if there are 5 stages of approving articles.

They do have stages for article reviews. My articles are typically accepted within 48 hrs. Instead of sitting around waiting for it, just get back to work. As long as you consistently submit them, they'll consistently accepted.

Thanks and yeah i'm still going at it, just none of my bars have moved at all for even the older articles.

I know they have the bar, it just seemed like with the amount of articles they get each day that they don't have time to do them in stages, rather just have an editor glance at it for 10 seconds then move on.

I believe they have editors that just go through common things. Like, the first look will be at the resource box and link, and the second will look at something else. I'm pretty sure there's only 2 actual reviews. I think 3 means first review was done and obviously 5 would be accepted. I think 2 bars and 4 bars mean they're currently doing 1st and 2nd reviews.

But that's all a theory though.

I'm just patient, but it is frustrating sometimes. It seems to have taken a little longer lately than it used to.

I used to let them know, but it seems it just takes longer. Recently my articles have been taking a minimum of 3 days!!!

I remember the good old days of June, when a man (me) could submit an article and it would be accepted 45 minutes later.

My articles were taking 7-10 days to be approved (Platinum) so I decided to go premium. I used to complain but it didn't make a whole lot of difference.

Premium is a waste of time. If you're consistently writing articles everyday and it takes 7 days for them to get accepted, than in 7 days, you'll have articles accepted each day. Bada bing bada boom.

Have you tried it? How much traffic do you think I'd lose by having 30 articles all accepted at once? How many of them will ever be listed on the home page or make it to the 'most viewed'? Unfortunately I was losing out on thousands of views, which meant I was losing out on $$$ as well. It's worth it if you've got a good strategy...

Since they started their double review thing, they don't accept 30 articles at once anymore. If you submit 4 articles a day, and if it takes the 7 days, than bam, 4 articles on the front page in 7 days, everyday.

And no, I haven't tried it. I have a turn around time of under 48hrs and I can think of plenty of other places to put my money. Seriously though, articles are for the SE traffic, not the front page traffic of Ezinearticles.

Believe me I wouldn't even have considered shelling out $97 if my articles were being accepted in 48 hours. I haven't experienced any double review thing. All my articles were always accepted at once. They were queued up within the system for the week and then all went live together, losing me the kind of views that would get my articles onto the 'Most Viewed' list.

Everyone's business strategy is different, and when I can get 1000 views per article per month when it gets onto Most viewed then I'll take my chances on the $97. 1000 views for me = at least 300 uniques to my site, which would cost me probably about $90 with PPC.
