    To correctly answer this question, the traffic does not matter. It is the amount of advertisers also bidding for positions. For instance, on Google there might be 8 advertisers bidding for a certain keyword. At the same time on Bing, they're might only be 5 advertisers. This means they probably aren't paying as much on Bing as there is less competition. Your competition is what drives click costs up.
