    I do pushups and situps daily. 20 of each in a row. Doesn't tire me :p

    Daily walking early in the morning for about an hour. Thats my routine and its enough for me :cool:

    i have a power up button on my pc so i bend down every morning to turn it on helps with my arm muscles.

    I just got back from the gym - I go from 5am - 630am, Mon-Fri - It gets my blood pumping, when I don't go I just want to stay in bed all day.

    I walk between one and two miles a day Monday to Friday. Keeps the weight down from lazy weekends.
