3 days per week I do push ups etc. to keep fit of course ;p and 2 days per week I train acrobatics (tricking) on the gym -
I have a little mini-gym at home, and do that about 2/3 times a week. Gotta keep fit for the beach! And for the wife of course...!
I don't do any physical activity that often. However, it is very important for keeping fit. I am planning to start some early morning exercise but I don't know if I would be able to do it.
