Jogging, biking, swimming, inline-skating, wakeboarding. And of course skiing, snowboarding and telemarking in the winter. On average probably around 3 to 4 activities per week.
LOL! I play lots of sports: Hockey, soccer and a bit of kickboxing. Helps keep me feeling good, and looking good. A girls gotta look good. Some people sound a bit lazy here though...
Let me see - Does gardening count as physical exercise (even if it is just a hobby???) If so - every second day. I also go to the gym twice a week. ANd I jog every morning for about 40 minutes - covering approximately 6 km.
I do some stretching exercises and lift up some weights every after a meal and whenever I feel bricked and tired.
yes, i don't let myself being with no phisical activity i always try to santad up and walk for a while and every weekend i practice a sport, it is good for our health.
I spend time for exercise.. I do the jogging (3 times a week) and it looks fine with me.. I feel sexy..
