do you notice this in google?

    my keyword: world of warcraft powerleveling , power leveling
    after a backlink detected(indexed) by google. site rank up 10 for power leveling. but after a few of days .site rank up 100 for world of warcraft powerleveling . so why do the keyword go up non-synchronization?
    so i guess if this due to google delay to take title of site that backlink hosted as position rank factor?

    another relevant question: does title of site that backlink hosted is more important than anchor text?
