Do you notice nice teeth?

My boyfriend has disgustingly white teeth (his best friend is a dentist!)

While I have nice straight choppers, my coffee and tea habits have turned them an interesting shade of yellow. Well, I broke down, spent 20 bucks and bought some Crest White Strips, the classic kind. After 4 days of 30 minutes, twice a day I am pleased to see a noticable difference! These little strips are a bit annoying, but I've managed to mow the grass and do my computer work with them on, no problem. Talking is difficult but not impossible. All in all I think they're worth it.

There's a point to this thread besides chatting and no I'm not affiliated with Crest Toothpaste!

Do you guys and gals notice when someone of the same or opposite sex have nice teeth or are they essentially unimportant unless they're REALLY ugly?

I personally find that a woman with a nice smile stands out in the crowd. But perfect teeth are not neccesary. However bad teeth is a turn off...

 

Bad breath is a lot worse than bad teeth.

 

Funny, same thing happened to me. I decided its come for a brighter smile. I stopped drinking coffee from being a coffee addict (5-6 cups a day). Then I got one of those 'white lights' and it acctually works. My teeth are white, no pain, and only like 25 minutes. Dont I sound like a freaking informercial But its true!

 

Of courser i notice nice teeth, i'm a future dentist!

 

Roze, have you ever tried Crest Extra Whitening Clean mint? Works wonders, doesn't bleach like the kits but easily polishes off those coffee/tea and tobacco stains

 

Rose, i got my son to get some of those white strips,Why? Because his teeth where brown and stain looking--now his teeth looks so much more whiter and pretter-i can honestly say he's much more attractive/handsome-that was money well spent--i might add.

I used colgate simply white and it kinda worked... But yet again being 19 my teeth are white enough anyway.

Which is the best way to get rid of smoke and coffee showing up on your teeth on an ongoing basis?

I think if you see someone with perfectly white and perfectly straight teeth they look rediculous, like a cartoon character.

Obviously at the other end of the spectrum, filthy dirty teeth are disgusting.

I think the glowing teeth look is a bit freaky - seems like the teeth glow is more prominent with those from L.A., probably people trying to get jobs on commercials.

 

My first red rep, haha. dont hate me for my pearly whites, which by the way will never look unnaturally white, I just wanted to take that coffee/tea edge off.
