    I think it is acceptable to place a second post when my first post is no longer on the first page. This is the way it is done in other forums to which I post. If this is not acceptable here, I'm sure Shawn will let me know.

    Yes, I am knowledgeable in the areas of vitamin supplements, exercise and healthy eating. Our bill at the vitamin store runs from $200 to $250 per month. :) And well worth it. Plus I work out 5x per week and do my grocery shopping at Trader Joe's and Whole Foods.
